6Withdrawals

• Bet Acceptance: A GT777 sports bet or wager is only accepted and valid once a confirmation reference has been generated and displayed in your My Bets section. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all GT777 markets. These limits are displayed within the GT777 bet slip prior to bet confirmation. GT777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market without prior notice.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match bets, the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. GT777 does not guarantee that any particular odds will remain available at any given time. Live in-play odds change continuously and the odds displayed at the moment of bet acceptance are final.
• No Guaranteed Winnings: GT777 does not guarantee any specific return or profit from any bet placed on the platform. All betting involves risk. You may receive less than your total stake back or lose your entire stake on any given bet.
• Errors in Odds: GT777 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted at an obvious error price — including prices significantly different from market rates due to a technical or human error. GT777 will notify affected players of any such void.
• System/Parlay Bets: All selections within a GT777 parlay or combination bet must be settled as winning for the full parlay to pay out. Individual legs of a parlay are not paid separately unless the specific market provides for partial settlement.

8Bet Settlement

GT777 settles all sports bets using official results declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. Casino game results on GT777 are determined by certified processes. Bingo game results are determined by certified random draw mechanisms within each GT777 bingo room.

• GT777 reserves the right to delay settlement of a bet if there is any uncertainty about the official result of an event pending confirmation from the official governing body.
• In the event that an event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within a timeframe determined by GT777's market rules, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport or market as displayed on the GT777 platform.
• If GT777 settles a bet incorrectly due to a technical error, human error or incorrect result information, GT777 reserves the right to reverse the settlement and re-settle the bet correctly once the error is identified, regardless of whether winnings have already been credited.
• The official settlement decision of GT777, made in accordance with these Terms and the applicable market rules, is final and binding on all parties.

9Bonuses and Promotions

12Intellectual Property

All content on the GT777 platform — including but not limited to the GT777 brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, data, software, market data, odds information and all other materials — is the intellectual property of GT777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the GT777 platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming use, subject to full compliance with these Terms. No other rights in the GT777 intellectual property are granted.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any GT777 content without prior written permission from GT777.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, GT777 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of winnings, loss of opportunity or any other indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the GT777 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, delay or failure in the GT777 platform caused by circumstances beyond GT777's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on Philippine networks, power failures or third-party service outages.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on any odds, market information or other data displayed on the GT777 platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your GT777 account credentials.

GT777's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the GT777 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on GT777 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14Privacy and Data Protection

GT777 collects, stores and processes personal information from Filipino players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. 16Account Termination and Suspension

GT777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A player breaches any provision of these GT777 Terms and Conditions.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A player is identified as having registered multiple GT777 accounts.
• GT777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct or any other illegal activity.
• A player's account verification documents are found to be fraudulent or unsatisfactory.
• Continuation of the player's account would expose GT777 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

You may also request voluntary closure of your GT777 account at any time by contacting GT777 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus balances that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player's verified Philippine payment account within a reasonable processing period.
